I have been dancing since I was 7, now recreationally! I also have a background in media and communications, and I do enjoy the occasional yoga practice and pilates burn too.

A glimpse into Claire's world
My fitness journey
I have always been active and enjoyed dancing and running. I also had my spin girl, pilates girl and yoga girl era, but nothing makes me feel as good as strength training does. Being strong and able to move weight brings me indescribable joy. Am always grateful to move!
How I train
I believe fitness should be driven by intrinsic motivation, focusing on experiencing life better and maintaining function into older age, rather than just appearance. It should be autonomous and sustainable for everyone.
Special moments and successes
When my clients with injuries like meniscus tears and humerus fractures work with me and achieve no pain movements and near full range of motion around the impacted joints! Or when clients are hitting their goals, looking great, feeling great and they are getting compliments from the people around them. I love sharing the joy and pride that comes when all that hard work and dedication pays off!
Beyond training
I strongly believe that fitness is autonomous. I want my clients to be able to confidently walk into any gym and know exactly what exercises they can do with perfect form. A huge priority for me is making training an enjoyable albeit challenging experience for them. It needs to be challenging for you to grow!
