However, I soon realised that true wellness extends beyond recovery—it requires a proactive approach to strength, endurance, and injury prevention. This insight led me to expand my expertise and become a personal trainer, bridging the gap between rehabilitation and lifelong fitness. My mission is not only to help people heal but to empower them to thrive.
